Important Note:
When booking, be sure that your email address is correct as you will be receiving email messages with booking confirmation as well as detailed self check-in instructions. (Please double check your spam/junk mail)
Damage Deposit:
For all cabin and RV rentals, you will see a $150 damage deposit charged to your credit card 24 hours prior to your booking. This will be automatically refunded to your account after your visit if there is no reported damage. If there is damage, you will be directly contacted to confirm the charges.
Cancellation Policies:
For Cabins and RV’s: 60 days prior, full refund; 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival, except fees. This also applies to “re-scheduling” any booking.
For Tent Sites/RV Sites: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations or “re-schedules” made within 7 days of check-in.
Pet Policy:
Please make sure to notify us that you will be bringing a pet.
We have 5 pet friendly cabins and 1 pet friendly RV rental.
*Important: A portion of the fee can be saved when you bring your own blankets and pillows for your beds. Only sheets will be provided. There is a flat fee of $25 when you bring your own bedding. Additional charges may be added for larger, heavy shedding animals. Please contact us for further details on the fee if you prefer to use our bedding. Fees will vary.
Cabins/RV’s that do not allow pets:
Beachcomber Cottage, Prevost Luxury Coach, Hillcrest Cabin and Cedar Heights do not allow pets.
